Fenugreek Capsules by Planet Ayurveda are prepared using standardised extract of  Methi (Trigonella foenum-graecum). Fenugreek is known as methi, chandika, Mishrapushpa, kairavi and bahupatrika. Classically a very famous shloka is mentioned for the description of methi i.e. “Methika katurushnach raktapitta prakopini arochhara diptikari vatapranashini”. This verse states that methi is pungent and hot in potency and elevates rata and pitta dosha, alleviates vata, Arochak and supports a healthy digestive system.

Dosage : 1-2 Capsules twice daily, with plain water, after meals.
